Täglich 1 Kapsel zu einer Mahlzeit mit reichlich Flüssigkeit einnehmen.

Die empfohlene Tagesdosis sollte nicht überschritten werden.

Die Einnahme von Vitamin C in sehr hohen Konzentrationen kann Durchfall, Übelkeit und Magenkrämpfe verursachen.
