This gel quickly provides 25g of easily digestible carbohydrates, thanks to the combination of maltodextrin and fructose, reducing osmolality and making digestion easier — ideal for training or endurance events, when the body needs quick and sustained energy. The presence of sodium contributes to hydro-electrolyte balance and helps maintain performance for longer.

Take 1 gel per hour of prolonged exercise. It is advisable to drink at least 250–300 ml of water for each gel to facilitate digestion and absorption.

Not suitable for people with allergies or intolerances to any of the ingredients. It should be used as a food supplement and should not replace a varied and balanced diet. In case of diabetes or other medical conditions, consult a healthcare professional before use.
