-Shake well before use.-Spray onto intact skin, keeping the spray 15 to 20 cm away from the desired area.-Apply 2 to 3 sprays, or until the area is evenly covered.-Use once or twice a day.-No massage is necessary after application. Use in a well-ventilated area. Keep the spray away from the face and avoid inhalation during and immediately after application.
